How to brew kombucha for beginner guide - Herbal Remedies How to brew Add 1L of boiling water, 2 tea bags of black/green tea and 100g of sugar (water to sugar ratio of 10:1 and 1 tea bag for 500ml, adjust according to the size of your brewing bottle).
