So this bag of powdered goodness is made simply from the root of organically grown wasabi and horseradish. No synthetic chemicals or artificial inputs are used in the process.

This traditional Japanese green seasoning imparts powerful flavor and heat to sushi, sauces and dressings. ANd thanks to its unique and convenient powder form, you can enjoy the potent goodness of wasabi freshly prepared as and when you want to!


Preparation:

To prepare: Add 1 part warm water to 2 parts wasabi powder, then mix into a paste. Cover for 5 minutes to allow the full flavor to develop.

Wasabia Japonica is the true wasabi which is green in color naturally and Armoracia Rusticana is the horseradish which is white in color naturally and has similar spicy taste with the real wasabi.
